rob has been out and about and now the weather has been good the trails are riding thanks to Matt , Pob and Roe at rural trails www.ruralbicycle.blogspot.com
and thanks to matt hay for the pictures. after ejecting morgan style on a 360 over the trails and then falling about 13feet thought to have broken ancke's but after visiting two hospitals and 6 x-rays and 6 hours later rob is new resting two very badly sprained ankle's.
