Winds of change...

As you probably noticed, Superstar team is changing lately. So is the inside-Superstar organisation. Soon, we will inform you about our new way of handling the team and the whole communication thing. Stay tuned.

Jared just sent me some photos of him hitting the streets. Look for a street video real soon. Jared is testing the new cranks right now, they are holding so great and we will post more news about the project later.

Timur is trying to find some solutions to ride and escape the winter, as you can see on the photos. He will be part of the Carhartt visit my town this summer in Amsterdam. He is also working on a web video, coming soon.

Med's custom Superstar bike

I've been riding my own Superstar bike for few months now. With my racing background (1985/1996), I like long rear triangle. So we had to make a custom frame. Our stock frames are known for being short-stayed. This frame is unique with U-brake pivots under chainstays and special 3/8" dropouts and of course trails oriented geometry. We will not produce this frame in the future. However, good news for trails riders and no-more-young riders like me, a trails frame will be released in 2011 !!

Je roule sur mon propre Superstar depuis quelques mois désormais. Avec mon passé de racer (1985/1996), j'aime les arrières longs. Donc nous avons du faire un cadre spécial. Nos cadres de série sont connus pour le triangle arrière court. Ce cadre est unique avec le U-brake sous les bases, les pattes spéciales en 10 mm et bien-sur une géométrie trails. Nous n'allons pas produire ce cadre à l'avenir. Par contre, bonne nouvelle pour les trails riders et autre plus-très-jeunes-riders comme moi, un cadre de trails sortira en 2011 !!

From now the 2010 Superstar catalogue is available. You can download it by clicking top right of this page. As usual, we don't print this catalogue. Just a virtual version. We may loose some sales because of that. For sure we save paper, ink and postage thanks to that. That's our choice.
